Letting go of old issues in order to find wisdom

Sometimes I am so focused on the emotional wound and the sorrow and pain that is attached, It is hard to see the wisdom that is hidden by it. Knowing the emotions or experiences that I have had in the past, all I could do at times is just sticking to the emotional wound. Trying to explain, to see with detachment so to speak in order to understand. Because that is where my focus lied.

Feels like so much has been processed, it takes time to take it all-in after the 8-8-8, Lions Gate energy wave. The body is tired, demanding rest and quiet time, just no more input from exterior sources.

Even the mind isn’t able to absorb anything at the moment. It’s not shutting down, its like turning inwards on all levels to enable whatever process is needed to proceed, fine tuning, aligning or whatever there is need of.

Waking up with this line in my head of a song I know, I realize it is a message I receive from the other side. Or maybe I should say from my Higher Self, Who has the overview of any type of situation I have found myself in. Sometimes it is hard to define. Looking from the inside out
