There is much ahead of you to see and experience. There is much for you to learn. There are many wonderful things you will see and some that will pull at your heart.

The quest for Truth reveals much beauty; but, there is much that needs to be healed as well.

Ascension for you and for the world will often involve dealing with ugliness. Creating a brighter future means dealing with darkness (or that which appears as darkness) so that it may be overcome. It has been said that “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing” and there is much truth in this. It is often necessary for those who serve the Light to face the darkness.

Sometimes serving the Light means accepting personal pain, sorrow and hardship. Sometimes making the world a better place means that your own life seems desolate. Sometimes integrity brings you suffering. Sometimes staying true to the Light Within demands sacrifice.

But, which sacrifice is more? Doing what it takes to change things for the better or doing nothing? Where lies the greater hardship? Where lies the greater suffering?

Even as you face pain from the Ascension energies that flood your system know that this pain will pass. It is ephemeral. It is the lesser suffering. It has also been said “Face the pain of discipline or the pain of defeat.” Your time in the world will bring you pain. There is no life that is completely devoid of pain. Often the Truth is that the more that you try to avoid pain the more that you cut yourself off from the Light. Avoiding pain often means avoiding joy. Avoiding pain often means that things get worse instead of better. Avoiding pain breeds weakness.

I’m not saying that you should seek out pain; but, that fear of pain limits your horizons. I’m saying have courage and be strong. I’m saying that you are strong now and can deal with the pain. I’m saying good for you for not turning away. Good for you for not giving up. Good for you for continuing to endure.

You are stronger than you often think.

That it is a challenge for you to keep going does not make you weak. You face the challenge and you overcome it. Where is the weakness? Sometimes the challenge pushes you to your limits and creates a feeling of weakness, of being overwhelmed; but it is through facing this feeling that you become stronger. You will always have limits in the physical world and by facing them you often overcome them. Facing your limitations is part of the process of expansion and growth.

Let go of these feelings. They are a lie. You are not weak.

Though you may feel exhausted this does not make you weak. Exhaustion passes and strength returns.

Do not pay such attention to your mind. Your mind plays tricks on you. Pay attention to the Light. Remember your strength. Remember that God goes with you. Remember that the angels of heaven watch over you. Remember that you have access to greater love and support than is always apparent. Remember that you are loved.
