I think I worked it out for another friend in Australia. The meeting for the Eastern Hemisphere will be at 9:30 PM for Tokyo. That works out to be 4:30 AM for PST, 11:30 PM for Sydney. That would be tonight for you. Check it out for yourself though. My skills do not include math or time. lol
