During meditation for the past few months sometimes i get these images of eyes looking at me..Grey type eyes..actually the whole head of a gray looking back..

And last night, had this crazy dream..I was on the floor of a VERY WHITE corridor.. with doors..ceiling was white..floor was white..all was white..

Next thing, i see is this man..he wore at coat similar to those that the doctors use..white coat..he had the hair of Einstein..all spiky fluffy…

Just thought of a dream i had in mid-December (forgot to add this to my 1st blog) when i really started to meditate on Gaia's ascension..and the rest of humanity..and to try to better myself in the process..

During meditation I'd try to contact some friends in the UK..I'm in Canada..We'd all meditate at the same time..different local times of course..

I'd use solara an ra meditation youtube videos to help me.

I usually go to bed early..around 9:30..now if i remember…

Well i finally decided to write about my pre-awakening experiences..some might call them supernatural or just coincidences but here i go..

1. When i was a kid around 12 y/o when i was sleeping i felt my legs started to lift in the air.. everything up to my hips..my back was still on the bed..still asleep i yelled "NO"...i felt my legs fall back down on the bed and that woke me up..

I wanted to inspire you, even more with an experience I had yesterday.

I had a gentle man who came for a reading, and as the session got underway, all of a sudden i felt I needed to draw his attension to his solar plexus, where I could detect he needed to focus on clearing and restoring his light through personal issues that he had been going through, now when I work I always call on AA Michael and AA Raphael to stand with me, and I am finding with all the changes happening…

            As I sit and ponder what might be the direction of my life and that of the planet it occurred to me to look at where I’ve come from.  Where was I just a few years ago? Where am I now?  What is it that I really want to reel into my future?  What is it that I dream of happening that would make my life, and the world a better place?

            As I look at these questions I realize that well, first of all I’m writing.  I’m writing of my experiences…

      There is a shell. A shell of what used to be a way of living. That shell has now cracked. Like the shell of a hardboiled egg it is broken and falling away. Not just for us as individuals but as a planet and in fact universally. What may not be seen and apparent to the vast majority of humanity will now become clearly visible in the next few weeks and months.

       As we let go of our old paradigm of the 3D world and emerge into the 5th dimension, as predicted by many great seers…

      Even the toughest of the tough sometimes fall. You go through life and you keep on fighting and you endure the most horrific of times. But sometimes you just fall to your knees and cry. Why does life have to be so hard. You’ve been the rock for so many people for so many years and now it feels like the world is caving in around you.

For the past 3 days I have felt restless and unable to sleep for almost all night but then sleep hard for maybe 2 hours after sunrise. After that the day is pretty much spent in exhaustion, laying down periodically, back up 5 minutes later, email, study, lay down for 5 minutes, you get the idea. Seems like huge waves of beautiful energy in between flatlines of blahs. Starting to become acclimated to it, though. There is a new detachment being experienced to things…

Saturday, April 20 2013 Nanc and I went to Mt Shasta to pick up a Champion Juicer and found ourselves in a Earth Day celebration at the park and laying in the grass and just being in the present moment. The sun was almost directly overhead and there was such intense waves of loving warmth as we laid there in the grass. This was a very different experience for both of us.
