A TOOL I USE FOR AIDING IN ASCENTION

Hey everyone a big hello here from NZ.

Life can be trying at times and with every thing that is happening with ascension  at present stresses can build .

Its important that we learn to tap into the many many sources of energy that are available at all times.

Not only is it important to replace energies that we use throughout the day but it is equally important that we purge and expel the tensions and toxins that accumulate throughout the body  I have designed  a basic technique that I use to purge toxins and tensions from within the body its a very good idea to use it weekly this way all tensions and toxins can be expel d from the body before they accumulate and manifest into negative emotion and then physical sicknesses.

The Sun and Moon Meditation.

Take a moment to relax before meditating Have yourself a hot ginger honey and lemon drink make sure that the drink is hot as this way you will be gently persuaded to take your time this will quieten the mind and allow the body to be in an accepting state.

If you find it hard to relax raise your hand in front of the body following it with the eyes now make a conscious effort to move the hand very slowly again following it with the eyes This will slow the minds intent its a quick way of dropping into what I call the quiet state.

The best posture for this exercise is lying down on the back Have a pillow as I want you to be very comfortable.

Now close your eyes and take a moment to just be and allow your attention to be drawn to your breathing .

In breath out breath in breath out breath long deep breathing If you are aware of your number 6 chakra draw the breath into this chakra if you are not it does not matter just draw your attention to the area 3 inches below your belly button just the thought will do as Your energy of the body will follow your thought.

In breath out breath in breath out breath iiiiinnnnnnnnn and ooooouuuuutttttttt in and out

Perform about 5 minutes of this breathing.

When you are ready use your imagination and visualize the sun and the moon above the crown of the head  Remember that these are 2 great sources of energy the golden light of the SUN and the White pearl like  light of the MOON see them in your minds eye feel how the warmth of the suns golden light feels next to the body  and now feel  the cool refreshing light of the moon as it radiates around the body.

Now I would like you to imagine and visualize that just above the crown of the head that there is a crystal ball in fact this crystal ball  is attached to the crown of the head (Top of the head) For those who know this is the 7th Crown Chakra.

This Chakra allows energy to enter the body .

So  imagine that there is a connection from the crystal ball to the crown of the head and this will suffice.

Now using your imagination visualize the golden light of the sun and the pearl like light of the mood flowing down into the crystal ball and as these 2 energies meet and flow into the Crystal ball they mix together and manifest into a clear cleansing light .

Gently leave the visualization there and now see the body as an empty vessel See the body waiting to receive the healing light from the sun and moon.

When you are ready allow the energy this clear cleansing light filled with the qualities of  LOVE

COMPASSION JOY  and PEACE  allow this energy to flow into the body all the way into the feet the ankles now to the knees  now the hips  and into the chest  hands arms elbows shoulders neck and head.

Still more energy enters the body remember you have not 1 but 2 great sources of energy mixing and merging there qualities The healing qualities of the sun and the cleansing qualities of the moon still more energy enters the body .

Now see this energy dive into the hidden depths of your muscles and tissues see the body start to glow becoming fluorescent.

Now the healing energy dives deeper into the cells finding its way into the DNA activating dormant cells and see the bodies DNA activating and connecting with other DNA causing a chain reaction see each cell illuminating as it sparks into function.

Now the energy moves outward illuminating each organ from within .

HEART   feel love joy and happiness flow into the heart Now see it glowing ever so brightly !

SPLEEN- STOMACH  and PANCREAS feel fairness openness and trust flow into these organs Now see them also illuminated and glowing so brightly.

LUNGS SKIN AND LARGE INTESTINE  feel courage and righteousness enter these organs also

see them also glowing illuminated and cleansed.

KIDNEYS EARS AND BLADDER feel gentleness calmness and silence enter these organs they to now are illuminated and glowing with the cleansed healing light.

LIVER EYES GALL BLADDER feel the emotions of kindness and generosity fill these organs and as it does you can now see these organs also illuminated .

Still more energy enters the body illuminating every corner every cell removing all tension all worries all doubts See the entire body now glowing like an illuminated pearl pure of mind pure of body pure of spirit filled with the creators LOVE  FEEL THE LOVE BREATH THE LOVE BE THE LOVE.

Remain in this state of bliss for as long as you wish its a beautiful state of being bring it with you into your lives and know that the creator walks with you in all aspects of your being.

Take a moment before finishing to thank the sun and moon for there assistance

I have just posted a link to your discussion here in a post on ISIS and HATHOR, as the Sun Disc between the Horns of the Goddess remind me so much of the Crown Chakra and the Crystal Ball you describe!

You are a beautiful person thank you for your kind words and I am grateful for your kindness and caring attitude.

Know that you are appreciated as a person and that the work you are doing is very important.

The eternal waves of love have found there way to your heart and these waves have combined forming a beacon of light know that it is this light that will shine the way for others  to follow and together more beacons will form and these beacons with manifest into an illuminative sphere that can be seen from heaven.

This is called picking the pearl from the muddy waters in this way you will have everything needed to exist in the lower 3d existence becoming a beacon of light but remaining strong others will be drawn let them come show them the way.

The way is easy to find LOVE is the way (You have found the way) others will now find it also through you .

Today I found I need to do some exercises on BREATHING ... and now I found I could combine these exercises perfectly well with this meditation!!!
