Shape-shifting

Unfortunately I only remember a little of my peoples language, the Ojibwa, but the lessons I learned of the way of my people that were taught to me I have retained some in memory which have only began to resurface from the past.

Great Spirit does indeed work in mysterious ways and if one is in tune with this spirit, the Spirit of all things in creation one can come to see beyond what the physical eye can not see. To see feel and know and to be in tune with the spirit world. Out there, to others, I call this silent communications, some call it psychic communications. What does it mater what words one uses to describe the same spiritual phenomena?

In the old days they called this shape shifting, taking the form of another living thing, whether it be the hawk, the eagle, or the wolf, or even the tiny mouse etc. But this is a wrong interpretation given by  those who didn't understand. A better description would be a projection of ones mind into another living things mind, the joining of the spirit self with the other.

The hunter traders had this knowledge of communication, traveling from one coast of north America to another communicating by mind speak. They traded, and exchanged news from one clan to another as they went. The people back then were also able to communicate with nature in the same manner, the elements of our earth mother and the animals.

Earth mother can also communicate with the denizens of the forest as well as man if man is believing and receptive to her mind speak.

Now I know this to be true, but very seldom do I have the opportunity to talk about such things, to many times some have thought me to be strange.

Some day soon the people will awaken and again will be able to see what the physical eye does not see.

I know from an Aztec dancer who has the abilityto shape shift as well that if trained, shape shifters do indeed change their physical form - most into just one being, not many. He told us how he was witness of an elder turning into a bird (I'm sorry, I have forgotten what kind of bird this was) and fly away - because it was too strenuous for him to walk all the way - LOL!

 

This young Atztec dancer had to promise not to read the books of Carlos Castaneda as they would reveal too much to him before his time had come ...

 

Your discussion here has reminded me of this ... Mind Speak seems to me to be somehow different from shape shifting although in both cases enormous emphatic capability is needed, right?

 

May we all learn to speak with Mother Earth and Her Beings again by listening to the soft voice and nudgings of SPIRIT,

You got it Sonja, Yes empathy to feel all from within, animate and inanimate. It is all of the spirit of our earth mother.

It may be so that true changing of the physical form into another is possible. All is possible. The one I composed above may well be one of many different ways to be as one in spirit.
