Request for Healing

Not so much a discussion as a request for healing please of vertigo and accompanying bodily discomfort that plagues me. Not sure of the procedure for requesting healing,

 

I have a giddy lightheaded feeling much of the time, a sense of being ungrounded and unbalanced perhaps is one way of describing it.

 

Yes I am in Australia and I sometimes do absent reiki. I was going to a lovely reiki centre by the sea to give and receive reiki until my vertigo became too bad to go out and do such things. I am better than I was several months ago but I have lost the energy to put myself out there. I will aim to go back there next year. Janice

Please forgive for my offering these suggestions, but I sense more water on a regular basis would be very helpful, along with some consistent, conscious connected breathing, as you visualize a perfect alignment with All That Is. Blessings

I'm not an expert healer, but a lot of that has been going on with me. Plus disorientation as to time and place. Went to a doctor. They thought I was having a stroke. Went through a million tests which proved I had not had a stroke. The best I can figure, it's just my unwillingness to acknowledge the effects of the ascension. Now, I just go with the flow. Be with whatever I am feeling. And get my mind off "there is something wrong with me." 5D has a lot of what you are speaking about. We are often no longer in 3D but spending time in 5D. Enjoy the ride.
And you can still take advice from more expert teachers than I.

If you are doing neck exercises then pl.stop it !
Any problem in your ears then check it and measure your B.P. If it is low then do something......
Other wise take ginger in any form......

Greetings to YOU, Dear Janice! Everyone here is doing a wonderful job of helping you. We are so very Grateful for their Love and Light Healing Energy. I am also a Healer. . . My Guides reminded me that you need to be sure you are well hydrated, then Ground your Energy to the Earth. 1st, go outside on the grass or soil, and stomp your feet to open your foot & hand chakras. (A wonderful procedure I enjoy is: Stomp, Stomp, Clap, Clap, Stomp, Stomp, Clap, Clap, Breathe, Breathe, Breathe [deep breaths] - Repeat 3 times.) Then Breathe In the Love Light through your Crown Chakra, down the Pranic Tube to Sacrum/1st Chakra/Perineum, down both legs through feet, sending that Cleansing, Healing Love Light to Mother Earth's Heart. Ask Her to Hold You. As you Breathe this energy through your body, put your left hand on Your 2nd Chakra/abdomen, right hand on sacral spine to help focus and guide the path of the energy. This is the best grounding, cleansing, healing procedure I know - and a good way to send Love Light to Mother Earth. It always clears my headaches/migraines and vertigo, as it energizes my body. After grounding in this way, Breathe the Healing Love Light into your Heart, expanding until your whole body is filled with that intense, sparkly Healing Light. Continue expanding the Light out into Your Auric Field three feet in all directions until You are surrounded and permeated with the Healing Love Light.
