Mental Frequencies - Riding the Vibration

Lately I have been having trouble feeling my inner frequencies and increasing them. I was wondering if any of you happen to have a website or link that could help with some mental hz frequency meditations or techniques. I have seen so much wonderful material and inspiration on this site but I am confused on where one gets started finding this New Earth. How can I get involved and start on the path on truth? Please any advice on how you got started or what I could read to gain insight would be very appreciated. Thank you Kindly! And thank you for accepting me into the community.

Hi TrenT, don't worry, it just took me quite a while to discover your post, lol!

Well, where to get started ... I suppose, the only true answer is WITHIN :-)

All the question you may ask come from a beginning knowing, an emerging consciousness, which is burried deep WITHIN. Thus, you cannot ask questions whose answers you do not already possess ... but the frequencies around is do not allow us immediate access, so the questions we have at hand are our guiding  life line ...

Following this train of thought, to get started I would suggest to choose one of the connexion times and begin to connect to lightgrid :-)

TRUST that you will find your way - step by step.

You are never alone.

You are divinely GUIDED and when you begin to open your eyes to this reality, you begin to wake up in the New Earth which so many describe - but not one can hold onto without the training of LIFE :-)

Dear Trent, 

You framed your question so very well. When presented with so much material and energies it can be difficult to know where to begin. I don't think any of us are involved with everything.

I find that there is a very quiet knowing that calls me to one thing at a time. If I find it intriguing I stay there a while. If it is about something that I cannot understand or do, I move on. Sometimes something that I have read will stay with me throughout my day, so I come back to it. 

I would say just enjoy your time browsing and don't worry about absorbing it all. Pick one meditation and time and give it a try. Don't be hard on yourself if you forget to do it or lose concentration. This is normal at first. It still happens to me and I have been doing it for a while. lol

Trent i suggest going to google and type what you want, go by yours gut feeling. I get ringing in the ears  even though i am a starseed, And you can try this manta  BREZILL NAMAJA just repat that for 20 minutes,. I have done TM

meditation and a have used this manta and it is not bad, as i have done TM for 20 years and it has helped you

sort problems out. And i paid $1000 dollars for my mantra. And found it on one of sites i belong to and i share
