I AM Ashtar.
Thank you all for taking the time to stop
and be still. Listen. When you are still you can hear the sound of your heart.
You can hear that silent hum underlying all creation. When you are still, your
breath slows, your rhythm falls into a more steady beat, and there is peace. It
is from this place that I wish to speak to you.
My children, it is time for you to walk up
and remember your adult selves. You are powerful beyond your imagining! I
understand that you hear that quite a lot lately and perhaps you don’t really
take in my full meaning when I say the word “powerful”. For you power is held
by a few men in business suits, who make decisions while sitting at long
tables. Power is wielded over you, decisions are made for you, your life is
manipulated by rules and structures and those choices made by the
suits.
That is not what I mean when I say “You are
powerful.” When I say you are powerful, I mean that in the original sense– full
of power, or full of life. Originally the word power meant what many of you use
the word “ki” or “chi” to express. Think of the power in a lion’s haunches.
Think of the power an oak has to create seeds– new life! That is power. Think
of the power a mother has, as she breastfeeds her child. Her body creates food!
That’s amazing! That is power. Think of the choice to love, rather than
distrust. That is power and confidence.
I want you all to begin understanding that
you are FULL of this power, this life, this energy. You are full of it, because
you ARE power incarnated! Power, life, chi, energy…. these are all words for
God. And you are full of God.
Lets do a practice to really feel how full
you are! In the coming weeks, I’d like you all to take 5 minutes and do this
exercise, every day. You will notice a difference in your confidence level, you
sense of peace and belonging, and in your ability to act from a place of
integrity. You will be actively engaging your truest power.
So, begin by slowing down yet again, or
perhaps, even more. That means you stop multitasking, turn off the music, still
your body, and focus on your breath. Slow your breath. Breathe deeply and
slowly, but don’t try to breath deeply, just notice your breath going into your
body, into your lungs. Notice your chest moving with each breath. When you are
really still, see if you can feel your heart beating. See if you can feel the
blood rushing through your veins. Even though you are still things are still
happening quickly inside you..
There are many layers to who, and what, you
are.
Once you have felt the blood moving within
you, see if you can visualize it. Follow your blood through your veins, to
return to your heart, only to be pumped back out again. Many of you have been
taught that your power source is located in your solar plexus and to some
extant that is accurate. But your heart is also a  power house. It
transmutes the pure energy of love into stamina, confidence, action,
integrity…. those things born of true power. Then it sends that power through
out your body.
There, in your mind, while feeling the blood
wooshing all around you, through you, I want you to watch your heart at work,
transforming and pumping love into power. Feel that power wash through you,
feel yourself buoyed up by it. Feel the blood carry your power to all your
cells. If you choose you can follow the power to wherever it ends up, perhaps
in your stomach or feet… Follow it up into your brain, your mind. Allow your
lovepower to rise up into your consciousness, into your conscious mind. Let it
percolate. Let it expand. Let it infiltrate all your thoughts, decisions, and
actions. Let your lovepower emanate from your voice to be shared and expressed
in joy and truth. Let your lovepower be made a gift. Offer it to the
world.
Thank you children. You are our daily
delight.
Walk with the knowledge that you are more
then blessed, you are the blessing.
