Sorry-I've been busy and caught a cold on Monday that seems to want to linger and not go away!I didn't do anything yesterday but lay on the couch.But ,I'm feeling better today!I hope you are doing well!How are all these new energies effecting you?How's your health?I start trigger point injections in August-have mixed feelings about them-but I have to get back to work!Have you had them?My therapist has fibro as well and she says they work wonders-she's been through all of the treatments-she broke her neck in a car accident.She said that this one worked the best along with Savella-which I'm on.My back and neck is just loadd with them.I'm certain you know what I mean-lol!Hope you have a beautiful day sweetie!
