Hello

Sunrise prayers and fire on the shores of Lake Ontario - I had a wonderful feeling of remembering my conscious experience of wholeness and connection to all of life and feeling of in my heart centre. I released any feeling of duality in relation to the G20 concentration and saw that what they are doing is very small.

I shared with my friend about the meditation I have been doing (offered by Monica?) for clearing negativity with the four lights coming from the four directions and how I had connected that with the image of the Grand Cross. She pulled out her cellphone and shared the attached picture and it affirmed to me the increasing magnetics of higher dimensional healing - that the third dimension is transforming to reflect higher truths. My biggest message/challenge was for me to focus on my own opening and integration and capacity to relate multi-dimensionally.

(realtime) I stop writing as two police cars are below my office window and check-in with a co-worker about any reasons for police - and find out that he was mugged/assaulted Friday night by 3 men. I offer him a hug and he starts to cry with the stress of the experience wound into his physical and emotional body.

This reminds me of the very significant challenges that I see for myself and others to release the trauma and pain from our current and historical experiences of duality.

(realtime again!) Now I have just watched the police take away a man with severe physical and mental disabilities who lives in the housing complex where my office is located.

I have to clear my own fear and upset about police arrests of hundreds of peaceful demonstators over this last weekend with the G20 - separate this experience and then return to my own focus.

So I guess I am sharing my integration process which doesn't let me climb into a higher state to celebrate the beautiful sunrise experience or to freeze that state of awareneness in time - I just got two examples of how I can make conscious decisions to respond appropriately to situations.

Funny enough the photo by my friend is definitely "at street level".

Dear Anna, your experiences match mine in many ways ... the day before the lunar eclipse I was celebrating solstice with some friends. A sudden attack of DOUBT concerning all I had been doing to let people know what was going on suddenly rose and nearly swept my away ... when all of a sudden I realized: THIS IS DOUBT - the feelings associated are LOW vibrations and I can CHOOSE wheter I give in to it or not!

I decided NOT to do so :-) - holding on to the light of LOVE and UNITY - holding on to my trust in the whispering inner voice which has been leading me all along my path - and ALAS! - I learned a most significant lesson: WE decide where we position ourselves - and doubt is a powerful weapon of darkness. Once we have got a glimpse of our task and started out to actually DO it, doubt is very probable to occure ... DO NOT GIVE IN to it! Remember the moments of insight and the bliss you experienced when you realized what your task and meaning in life is and hold on to the light of this vision. By doing so the dark clouds will diappear and vanish and the LIGHT of SOURCE will illumine your reality!

What you experienced during the writing of this post can also be done as an exercise, Anna. I discovered this on a backbag journey through Europe in the 90-ies. I was alone and only had a diary as companion - so I started to write down my thoughts ... when I had finished, something happened - and when I started wrtiting again, describing what I had just experienced, I REALIZED THE CONNECTION between my thoughts and what had happened!
I carried this exercise on for an entire day - and since then I KNOW that we CREATE our REALITY through what we think!
I invite everyone to do this exercise in these day now between the lunar eclipse of June 26 and the solar eclipse of July 11, as these days are important portals for CLEANSING and RELEASING ego patterns in our life!

Thanks for writing - it certainly was an interesting opportunity to stay in the flow and witness my experiences at several levels. I heard later that the man taken into police custody was having serious mental health problems - now criminalized by a system without any appropriate community mental health mobile intervention. What will a compassionate human social system look like? In my own work, it feels significant to create circles where people can express pain and make meaning together - and today I saw just how much more is needed. I imagine well-tuned lightworkers, able to assess whether entity possession is a factor in a person's mental health, what forms of communication could help stabilize the person's I-consciousness, a clinic where basic nutritional and hormonal profile could be taken.....and I also see that my attractoin to this vision comes through my own need to track each of these elements in stabilizing myself in my lightbody. So thank you for deepening the reflection learning of this process - I think this might be why the term 'close the circle' keeps resonating for me. I have an image of the horizontal infinity loop of conscious co-creation and a vertical line in the middle that is the present as a mirror of perception of self.

Your being tired afterwards might indicate that you really gave a lot of energy into this - THANK YOU!

For me the Healing Room also appeared all in WHITE - White Energy inside and all around and white light leading the path to the Healing Room :-) - absolutely bathed in White Christ Light :-)

You say that then you worked on your ART - what exactly? It carries these energies of HEALING and UNITY Consciousness, you know?

June 26 was an extraordinary experience of BALNACE, HARMONY and LOVE for me - and I am sooo grateful to everyone who helped me stay centered and connected!

I experienced the Healing Room as a cosy, secure chamber of WHITE LIGHT which I associated to the White Christ Light and SOURCE energy. The pathway to the Healing Room was all white and Angels were watching over each and every soul who intended to access this Room - that day and always!
When we were meeting at midnight in the Healing Room I could feel and see you all - but there still was kind of a transparent veil which kept me from interacting with anyone in special ... but we were singing Amazing Grace together again and it was very, very moving to finally experience us as UNITED!
There was so much going on this day and the days before, I' don't know where to start and what else to share at the moment ... I won't try now to start out "at the beginning" - lol - where is this beginning - LOL. I will rather come back here when another important issue turns up ;-)

The White Light also reminds me of the Great White Brother/Sisterhood ... they are guiding us, becoming ever more "visible" ... it's becoming more and more easy to get in touch with their pure energies - and the need to look for guidance in the outside world is diminishing. We are realizing our ability to connect to SOURCE directly - an by doing so we UNITE.
The Healing Room facilitates this realization and thus the HEALING of the imbedded belief in separation. It is freely accessible any time you choose.
