When the storm blows you will find yourself in the Center

When the wind blows
It is important to find your own grounding
deep within yourself.

Breathe and let it flow through you
Trusting in your inner safe place.
Connecting with the Heart of it,
Feeling the energies rise
And allow them to flow through.

No holding, no avoiding,
Just head on in the whirl of emotions.
No figuring out what the outcome
Might be,

The movement in itself is just passing.
Allowing, accepting, no holding back
Like the waves that break
Like the leaves that twirl in the air,
It is a storm that will pass.

And within all the turmoil
You can dive deep with the
Peace of your Heart,
Renewing yourself with every breath,
Flowing with every blow,

No mind breaking chords to hang on to,
Just you standing your ground
In the midst of all the turmoil
And finding the Love for Self again,
The greatest and most powerful
Gift of All.

And so it is.
