PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH:- All three levels are separate and require a different level of master! So, as has been stated, one of the most important qualities of leadership is to practice what you preach. Anyone can give a good lecture or channeling. Once you are put into a leadership position, there are many tests awaiting you, some of which are power, money, fame, attachment, sexuality, desire, anger, fear, selfishness, false pride, greed, duality, jealousy, vanity, and egotism, to name but a few. Other qualities to practice and develop in terms of leadership are, the ability to sell self which is one of the most important archetypes to develop (the Seducer Archetype in its higher expression), then social skills, and a good balance between the right and left sides of the brain which, in other words, is a good balance between intuition and commonsense. Also, learning from mistakes and failures and making appropriate adjustments, the ability to receive feedback in a non-egosensitive manner and also to offer feedback in an uplifting manner. Good leadership also requires organization and attention to detail. When details are not paid attention to, they come back to haunt you, To be outwardly organized, one’s mind and emotion must be properly organized.
