ANOTHER KEY QUALITY OF TRUE LEADERSHIP:- Another key quality of true leadership is selflessness. A true Spiritual Leader is the servant of all and totally without ego in focus. As Master Jesus so beautifully said, “The greater among you is the servant of all.” So as you see, the key to effective leadership lies in your level of Psychological or psychospiritual clarity. If you are not in control of your negative ego, Emotional Body, subconscious mind, and Desire Body and you have not learned how to parent your inner child, you will not be qualified to lead anything, for you have not learned how to lead yourself! Stay in your power, be loving, and wise, and selfless, and get the negative ego under control and Psychologically clear, and you will be recognized as a leader by yourself, God and The Masters because you are right with self, with God, and with your Brothers and Sisters. True leadership must be earned! By continually demonstrating the Christed qualities of leadership rather than negative-ego leadership, you will earn the admission and respect of those you lead! Never forget that the Psychological Level is the foundation of your entire Spiritual life! It is absolutely essential that all Lightworkers attain mastery on the Spiritual Level, the Psychological Level and the Physical/Earthly Level.
