I ask for forgiveness from all that I have done that may have caused hurt or harm anguish or hate fear or worry to any and all this life and in all past lives within the now and in any future event.

Let love now flow into the hearts and bodies of those you effected in all past lives within the now and in any future event.

See the love now healing and replenishing the souls effected.

Look to the future realm and see your self young and strong healthy and happy at one with the source and all others within the world and beyond .

Pass this on let the wings of love fly this affirmation into as many hearts as we can who knows how many we can help starts with me then on to you then to a friend or two then there friends then theirs how many after a week how many after a month growing exponentially reaching the hearts past present and future into the reality that we have created together because it was you yes you who created the future you see . What was it like again Young happy healthy connected with love everything within balance love ever present in every action undertaken AHHH YES THATS IT .

Comment by william abbott on July 13, 2012 at 10:22am: Its a very powerful affirmation I did this today and I had a call from my mother whereby forgiveness and love has healed old wounds on all levels a great healing has taken place and 2 souls have reunited .

For my path this is an obstacle that has been cleansed from the Kama of both our souls. We came together to teach one another the things needed to rise above the lower energies and love has shown the way.

She is not well but I know that now the healing can begin as it begins within the soul and manifests within the body.

I thank the divine creator for all that I am and all that I will aspire to become I am coming home I am coming home .

These are special times and its so very important to make a divine effort to forgive all those who need forgiveness . We choose the people and the experiences that we undergo as they are sorely needed in the cultivation of our spirit open your heart to all regardless of opinions love is open to all. When we do this we learn the deeper aspects of love in fact it has no depth the pool so to speak is endless and with each new understanding our definition of love and the level of bliss deepens. The closer we get to god the deeper we understand love eventual progress will lead one to becoming love there by becoming god for God is love.

My own experiences today reflect your words - and vice versa ... sometimes we are even astonished about our own behavior - but upon a second look we realize that it served a higher purpose ...it helped to gain insights we could not have reached in another way!
