- I have been reading the sedona fo about 2 years.I do not understand a lot of the things to do.I do not no how to go to my heart source to heal my self or anyone else. I do not no how to do deap medatation. I need to learn a lot of things to grow.

I have to tell you that when you as a conscious disciple manage the Violet Flame, a parallel activity of the Violet Flame is initiated internally. This results in the vibrational awakening of your chakras.
