Do not fret about a project with a deadline. Surrender it — turn it over — to your unseen helpers at the higher level. They know all about it and work beyond space and time where there are no deadlines.

Begin small with a simple task and make the ask. “Help me with this, won’t you please?” And then move awareness to the heart. Feel what it is that you are best served to do next. Repeat. Make the ask. Repeat.

Flow and act on what feels in alignment with the heart. In this way, the simple task is completed with grace and ease. Now move up to more challenging tasks and follow the same process. Come to know that you need not do anything alone.
