During this channel, the lightbody energies spoke in a very practical manner. They spoke of working with their energies as if it was a plane of energy to move through you. What happens is that it works as a filter and clears out energy at a very fine, deep level. They take the LB energy and shift it to a 20 degree angle and you feel what is released. They then shift the plane of energy once more to say a 45 degree angle and it shifts different aspects of you and your energy. The end result is that you clear out any lingering issues you may have open to an even deeper connection within.

Once you have cleared out your energy fields, they begin to talk about shape shifting. The new energy has the potential to create tele-transportation, shape shifting and other types of transformations. They begin the smallest particle within you.
