Frequency and Vibration

Dear Ones,
There is much to be learned from this frequency and this vibration. With this gathering, it is my duty to remind you how each of you are much like a singing bowl. Each of you are beautiful. Each of you carries your own vibration, your own frequency. Each of you can determine how you use this vibration and this frequency. You can use it to connect with other realms. You can use it to connect with earth. You can use it for joy. You can use it for silence. You can use it for solitude, reflection, love, peace, or harmony. Think about how you are using your own frequency this very moment.
What are you tapping into, Dear Ones? Are you choosing to tap into the highest of vibrations or are you choosing to tap into the illusion, the fear, the doubt, the control? One is not necessarily good or bad. It is merely a choice and with each different vibration comes a different lesson. I ask you now to scan over your physical bodies, your physical selves, starting at the tips of your toes working up to the top of your head. Imagine a light scanning you from bottom to top. Look and see where you feel depleted. Look and see where you feel balanced. Feel and sense what needs more energy and what does not.
So often in the life of a human, your physical self is taken for granted. It is like how each of you drive your vehicles. Without proper maintenance, they do not go very far, they do not work to their fullest capability. Remember, Dear Ones, to put yourselves first. Your self care is very important, especially at this time and stage in evolution. It is most important to take care of the physical self as your vibration continues to rise.
There are many different ways to ascertain and many different ways to make this happen. It is not merely through diet and exercise alone, but it is a state of mind. It is a state of your senses. It is a state of knowing and expressing and allowing your emotions to flow. I remind you of the child at the playground. They play very well with one another and yet there are fights and yet there are tantrums, but these are expressed and they are let go. I urge you to allow the emotions and feelings to flow through your emotional self, your spiritual self, and most definitely your physical self. For believe it or not, Dear Ones, it is on the physical level that you feel at lastly. First, you may feel it on a spiritual level. Then it reaches the emotional level, and last of all it reaches the physical level. This is where so many illnesses and disease occurs. It is a physical manifestation that happens when you stop allowing yourself to feel or to express or to simply scream and let it out and release.
Know that in the days to come, there will be greater shifts than you have ever experienced in any of your lifetimes. As you work through your emotion, as you allow it to express, you release it, and therefore you make more room within the physical, spiritual, and emotional bodies to house more of your higher self which shifts you into a higher vibration and frequency.
You are all beings of light, Dear Ones. I applaud you for taking that role once again. You will notice that as you elevate your vibration that certain triggers will occur. Things that you have held onto in your past will come to the surface so that you may have the choice of releasing them or once again claiming them, learning from them, growing from them, and keeping them. As these things from your past behaviors, your past patterns, arise they may frighten you. You may think that you have cleared this over and over, yet it shows its ugly face once more. You may feel like a failure, but I am here to tell you, Dear Ones, that it is simply another aspect, another perspective to look at.
Some things come to the surface simply so you can bless them and release them allowing them to go to the light to be transmuted to something bigger, brighter, and better or releasing them to the universe so that someone else who needs this lesson may find it and have gratitude for it as well. Each experience offers you another opportunity of growth and of learning. Each experience allows you another choice or happiness and joy and self trust. You each are strong. You each are stronger souls. You know why you are here. No longer is it the time to hide. No longer is it the time to be in the shadows. For when you are in the shadows, Dear Ones, your light is not as easy to see as it would be if you stepped forward to shine brighter.
Know that your guides are all around you. Each of you has a strong connection to the other side. Each of you is constantly plugged in and connected with your guides, other dimensions, and other light beings regardless if you are conscious of it or not. To simply put your intention out and ask for assistance, advice, and guidance is all that is needed. You have chosen this time to incarnate and gather in groups like this so that you may learn from one another. It is not merely just the learning; it is the remembrance, the resonance, for as each of your vibrations and individualities gather together like this, you merge together. Your energies merge together. Your laughter merges together. Your resilience and strength merge together. As you do this, it brings along a harmonic resonance of groups that you gathered in before in prior lifetimes, in other dimensions that exist right now in other parallel lives.
These are deep words, Dear Ones. Release the conflict that you have about them and simply choose to accept it or not accept it. As with all information it is your choice whether you take it as your own or whether you release it for someone else to own as theirs. I open myself up and ask if there are questions, but first I will identify myself and my vibration as I come through to you. I am Michael. I walk alongside each of you. I work with each of you, and it is my greatest honor and blessing to witness your path, your journey, your strength, and the healing that you participate in for yourself and for others.
