Good day to you all and to all a good day

I just want to start by extending my deepest gratitude to you all for your love of nature and the help you have given to myself to keep this world a most beautiful place. We are living in hard times and the world is fast changing, mother earth is struggling to keep up with demands and she is feeling worn down but your strengths and devotion to the world keep her fighting.

I am here to tell you all of some changes that will be taking places over the next 3onths. These changes will be positive and will bring about a new age and a variety of new sources of life.

Take this time to spend as much time in nature as you can muster. You may not all feel the changes but they will be prominent and integral to our world. Do not worry of these changes as they are all good.

By spending as little as five minutes out in nature you will feel your soul soaring and your spirit lifting. Connecting with mother earth is one of the biggest blessings that earth beings have and I love nothing more than to see humans basking in the glory that is earth.

With soil I help you plant your seeds of life, with water I quench your thirst, with sunlight I help you shine, with wind I blow away your worries, with snow I keep you cool and with love I fill your hearts.

I try to get out for a walk of at least 1/2 an hour every day. There is a path along a river very close that I can walk, and it is just as if I've been trasported to another locale.
