Much preparation has been done to allow you, and the earth, to receive the most energy possible during this powerful evolutionary time. For years many of my dear friends, as well as myself, have placed imperial topaz and clear quartz crystals in waterways throughout the world. From mountain streams to oceans, lakes to rivers, there are crystals placed to anchor the energies of the meditations. I have a huge imperial topaz that I hold during the meditations each year. It connects me with all the crystals that have been placed ~ allowing me to align with, and amplify, the energies.

In my most recent travels to the South Pacific, I of course placed an imperial topaz in the ocean, but I also did something else. I collected shells wherever I went and I was given shells from many locations. I have hundreds of shells. I've collected them all my life, along with feathers. I have shells from the pacific and the atlantic. I have shells from my own backyard in New Mexico (it was once an ocean). I have conch shells and other shells from Bimini in the Bahamas.

And I have pearls. I thought I finally had a Tahitian black pearl ~ but, alas, it turned out to be fake. I do have many other pearls though. And my inner guidance has been to now wear one all the time. It is connecting me with all the shells in the oceans and streams all over the world. It is another powerful layer of energy and connection.

This Spring Equinox, March 20th, at 8 p.m. when you join David J. Adams and I in these powerful healing meditations, I encourage you to hold a crystal or shell, and/or wear a pearl or other shell jewelry.

Thank you for all the wonderful information you have posted on the Dolphin Meditation, I think maybe I'm not looking clearly enough but I cant find the link to the audio of the meditation.

And I was also wondering if there is any one else in New Zealand from Lightgrid who will be doing the meditation at 8 pm this evening.  It's nice to be the first country to start the flow around the world.  I live at the beach so that's perfect, I can hear the waves as I sit here typing.

So if there are others from New Zealand doing the meditation at 8 pm tonight, who read this -  please send me a message.  It would be nice to connect with you.
