Expanding Our Sacred Soul Connection By

The Earth is pulsing a steady heart beat through the crystalline grid right now to support the integration of the frequency of Life we brought in what we have been transmuting through this Equinox.

 

We are being invited to stand on the strong foundations we have been cultivating to choose our heart beat, our rhythm.

 

And to be steady in our own choices through the healing and embodiment that is occuring.

 

Many light codes are streaming in to remind the cells of the body who we are as Source, as Soul!

 

Through this there is great deep upwellings of truth!

Being in your Center will be so supportive right now!

 

Incredible healings are happening in our agreements with one another spanning timelines and allowing our soul to unite in the most aligned form and timeline in this moment.

 

What physical experiences are you having?

What is surfacing for love, acceptance and transmutation?

 

Some are experiencing the density of the shift and others are in a state of exhilaration and connection to the uplifting energy.

 

We are in a full system detox and new arrangement of the function of our bodies as it relates the new frequencies.

The cells and DNA are rearranging and continuing to purge was not aligned with the emotions and thoughts we have stored.

 

Any loops and patterns and will show themselves.

Experiences will show up in life to let you know where you at with your consciousness and either to slow down or to take any aligned action.

 

I'm watching sleep, digestion, and hormones continuing to change and you may find yourself experiencing sleep patterns, stress, reproductive functions, food choices, ability to digest well, physical, mental and emotional tension differently.

 

With this new 'digestion' there is an invitation to truly listen to what is needed in each moment even more intently.

 

There will continue to be the waves of expansion and contraction as we allow this new energy to stabilize.

 

The capacity to be centered is crucial as it will bring our awareness to the true flow of energy.

We can breathe into our center and not let the brain "give in" to the feelings and thoughts of the body or mind that are not feeling "good" or balanced.

We can Invite what we would like to feel in and rest with it, or find a space to express and allow while continually tuning into the qualities of our heart and truth.

This will support the integration and stability of Source embodiment.

 

For example, through the past few days I've been experiencing deep inspiration of what is occurring while having fatigue and heaviness upon waking.  

 

I have acknowledged that I am feeling this and then breathing into the center channel of my body and tuning into the light in every cell expanding the centered light with the cell light asking for the heaviness and fatigue to be embraced, dissolved or drain out of my body with the knowing of the depth of the transition at this time!

 

Rather than staying in the feelings of heaviness and fatigue, which is from lots of waking dreaming in the night even though I am sleeping, and going through this incredible change on so many levels in my life.

 

When I do this I feel light, more energized and true clarity, and I continue to do this throughout the day.

I have received so many answers of questions that are before me with decisions in my life.

And from this lighter space I know the Yes's and No's very clearly and have been moving at pace with them and it is all flowing as needed.

 

Some of us are doing lots of travel and clearing, support in our dream state so that this dream of our day can be more fluid with the True energetics of Life itself.

And then we are still doing what is needed throughout the day which recently I am more busy than usual so it's a powerful opportunity to consistently choose the new way and bring more harmony of light that is within.

Whew!! So much and it's so fascinating!

 

Let's move into the Trust of our own inner wisdom and guidance to support us and keep choosing centered balance as our own creators!

 

The new structures are also creating the Divine Masculine to come into the embrace of the Divine Feminine nurturance to create an equal foundation.

 

Our inner children liberating the holds of trauma and separation.

 

Play and freedom the new way in deep presence and pure love!

 

In this expansion and contraction phase where you can find more play, joy and love to say YES to the freedom frequencies we Are?

 

In all of the new arrangements remember, your center is your stability, your place of connection in expansion and contraction and safe space to breathe, allow and let the energies integrate, the truth be clear and your heart to sing!
