This is why it is imperative to bring your mind and the millions of random thoughts that run away with your imagination, under control. Meditation and mindfulness will help you enormously to innerstand and discipline your thoughts.

Sitting quietly, start breathing deeply with your belly expanding first, then your chest, and let there be no pause between your breaths. With every breath you are breathing in Divine Love and letting go of everything else as you breathe out. You are breathing in Divine Peace and letting go of the world as you exhale.

Simply observe without judgement any arising thought, give it NO ATTENTION and watch it fade. With practice the volume of these random thoughts reduces drastically, but you have to practise! In this way you don’t add to the outer chaos of the illusory world, you actually assist in healing and the clarity of thinking for ALL.

In this way you also gain the power to transmute, alchemise, to turn negatives into positives!

This is saying ‘yes’ to life, and working with your energies instead of against them. This is allowing your Holy Spirit to lead your Life, to guide your every thought, word and action.

Never complain, always say positive things…the universe listens to your thoughts and words and reflects back to you what you send out. Read that again…

What you give out you receive more of in return…

By becoming a person of peace and love, you emit these qualities 24/7 and receive an abundance of the same in return. This also means you help others learn to do the same.

So regardless of the horrors of the illusory world our job, our Mission, is to BE PEACE and LOVE. To HOLD this Sacred LOVING PEACEFUL SPACE for ALL.

What you focus on you give your energy and power to. Make sure you focus on the right things! If a negative thought grabs your attention, pull yourself up straight away, withdraw your focus. Zap it with LIGHT! That counteracts the negative turning it into a positive.

Be constantly alert, aware and discerning. If doubts arise check them out quietly with your Holy Presence and your Inner Team!
