Greetings! This is Metatron through Elizabeth Trutwin, May 19, 2017. As you move into Ascension it is necessary to understand States of Consciousness, Dimensional Levels and other esoteric concepts. For many years, so-termed Lightworkers, have been grappling with the idea of a multidimensional reality. It has been impossible to comprehend this term through the filter of standard physics. Lightworkers imagine a sort of multidimensional reality where the higher the dimension, the more special the realm. In truth, there are only four dimensions and that makes a solid physical object. After that, all solid material objects travel through the past, through the future, and through space in a spiral all at the same time. These different points on Spacememory may be perceived from different scales or octaves. Due to your present perceptions that explanation is difficult for many reasons. There is no need to understand it today. Think of it as homework to contemplate this from time to time and to question the concepts you have held dear in past. Remember, a tetrahedron represents the Four Faces of God, also called the Tetragrammaton. These four faces represent the building block in the Divine Blueprint, whether in the form or formless. The tetrahedron is that four dimensional object which has the ability to spin through space in the subatomic and cosmic scales of size.

Above the tabernacle is the Tetragrammaton within the circle. That what is termed God as in the Old Testament and may be seen as all that life emanates from, the tetrahedron.

Let us explore different States of Consciousness. In order to obtain Ascension in the Body, one must learn to consciously experience the high flow of current in all seven major nerve centers and the powers corresponding to them.

 

During the completion on the Path to Ascension, the divine creative power will flow through your spinal column, and you will experience this power as a State of Consciousness on each level. The human body is designed that it contains a special nerve center for each octave of vibration.

The Path an individual takes can be slow, medium or fast. There is no wrong or right. Ascension can be completed in a shorter time, even thousands or even millions of years earlier. This, however, is only possible for the human. Only humanity, thanks to their conscious use of intellect, can experience States of Consciousness without reference to time. How is it done?  Through meditation. One ignites the third eye and leaves the Body through the crown chakra in order to experience the formless experience of the highest State of Consciousness possible. At first it will be experienced only a minute or two, or maybe 10 minutes. Then a day will come when a very high and very intense experience is achieved. Then One may go for months unable to achieve that height of formlessness again and the years go by. Many give up and get to the end of their life without attaining Ascension. Knowing the process can be slow or fast and knowing you must practice everyday and this is all normal can get you there. Finally you achieve the seventh level, in the Cosmic Consciousness of the Self. In this Divine state, you become one with the only reality, with yourself, as God-Consciousness. Some call it Christ-Consciousness. This is no longer traveling the Path, it is Ascension in the Body. Everyone can do it who commits to the daily practice of inner work. It is not done in waves, it is exquisitely individual.

 When, after the highest height of Conscious is reached and One experiences this Divine state again during  meditation, and when this height is reached often enough to raise One's Self by their own power from the normal levels up to the seventh Divine plane at the level of the crown chakra and leaving the Body, in time it consolidates their position definitively on this highest level of Consciousness. And this is where One lives day in and day out. Then and only then do you become a God-human or Sun of God. Only when a person is peace and calm, so that everything they do, think and feel is done in complete calm and ecstasy, manifesting God's will always radiating only positive forces of divine love, then has such a person obtained Ascension. Many true Masters live alone because it is easier to maintain this level without the balance of family life. They spend many hours a day to maintain this level of devotion to their service to humanity. The Dalai Lama has been known to say he gets up two hours before dawn and stays in prayer some hours before beginning the rest of his day. 

It is the expectation of all humans on Earth that they may Initiate themselves into their Lightbody as the Vehicle to travel the Universe in formless form. No matter what religion, no matter where you live, weak or strong, rich or poor. Purity of heart is the only requirement, that and sincere, devoted daily practice. It is possible to request a mentor, for example an Ascended Master, to help speed up the process by overlighting these meditations and transmitting energy to the devotee seeking Ascension. This is something that is done in the case of a person seeking Ascension on the fast track. As more people make the decision to prepare their vehicles, or their Body to be in this purified State of Consciousness, God-human or Christed Consciousness, the easier it is to together shift the paradigm.
