Cry for Help

This cry for help came in today: "I love the newsflashes and look forward to all your emails but how am I supposed to keep on living when children are been tortured in the dungeons in Syria or brutally murdered with chemical weapons? It's like I feel their pain! I have been crying ... a lot! I'm feeling depressed and don't have a clue how to go on living as if everything is great!! Advice from the Grandmothers?

The Grandmothers replied: "Everything is NOT great so do not pretend that it is. However, who you are IS great. You are one with the Divine and this has nothing to do with the dreadful the behavior of some human beings.

"Call on us," they said, "and step into the Net of Light now. Let the Net hold you, enfold and fill you with the truth of your being. Practice breathing us in, breathing the Net of Light in and then breathe out all this horror.

"Stay away from the news for a while and instead, let us fill you. Nature will also help you regain your connection with what is good, so take time to be in nature. And again-stay away from the T.V. in order to allow yourself to fill with your own essence. Do this and you will get stronger and stronger. Soon you will be able, in partnership with the Net of Light, to hold the victims of this carnage as well as all the lost, angry perpetrators of these crimes. Do NOT, however, attempt to do this work of holding others until you have first allowed yourself to fill and be filled by us and by the Net of Light. We will not disappoint you.

"Begin today to discipline yourself and turn your attention away from the gore and horror in the media. DO NOT let it take you down. You are needed at this time, needed to be our instrument on Earth. You are being called to the work you were born to do. This is the time and this work is not for the faint of heart. But those with a wellspring of compassion inside them, those who are able to feel another's' pain are NOT faint of heart. We ask you to call on us and call on the Net of Light right now!" And with a piercing look, they said, "Stay connected.

"We are holding you and will hold all suffering beings in the Net of Light and Love. We will do this today and every day."
