Dear Leo - The main message is easy to understand. On May 1st a transmission of energy has begun - to RELEASE al earth bound ideas of suffering and victimhood from our mental and emotional bodies. If you are ready to join in - let the LIGHT which is emanted from the Royal Tetons FLOW through your four lower bodies - especially the mental and emotional body - and ASK for the TRANSMUTATION of all thoughts and feelings you have EVER had which are and were not for your highest good.

OFTEN we take up feelings and emotions which linger around us - and THIS is the chance to bring them into the light - as well as all your own stuff, too, which you have come here to HEAL on Earth.

To do so visualize the LIGHT wash away all ill created thoughts and emotions ...

MOREOVER, when this phase is finished, you are INVITED to create POSITIVE visions of our FUTURE. See the EARTH in all its BEAUTY - see her oceans CLEAN - no more radioactive poisoning on Earth ... no war - only PEACE - people helping eacht other ... if you like, include the vision of our star brethren who help us deal with our miscreations by bringing us new ways of technology ... This is PART TWO: to bring in what you WANT after yu have released what you don't want. And for the coming 6 days, that is until May 9th, this process is highly AIDED by the Masters of LIGHT who reside on Venus - that is where Sanat Kumara comes from who has helped Mother Earth to hold the LIGHT in Her darkest hours.

Thank you for sharing your experience, dear Shenna - I LOVE the vision of your Grandmother Tree!!!! Willow Tree comes to me mind - my cear willow tree at the banks of the river Erlauf :-)

Explaining what we FEEL contributes to our own awakening :-)

You are very much WELCOME, dear Leo - and thank you for having taken the time and energy to ASK! 

I will copy here now part of a reply which I just wrote. It is about what I experienced during our last connection  time 9 hours ago:

... The LIGHT of the Royal Tetons was rushing through our bodies - ehteric, and physical ... and I realized that the LIGHT which we are gifted NOW is the VIOLET LIGHT upgrade, lol! Upgrade because it is so very POWERFUL!!!! I felt the release of old patterns - traumatic experiences ... and that we can do this RELAEASING for others if we allow for the feelings and thoughts to PASS THROUGH us - and BE GONE!!!

It was a most powerful experience - and I will build on it in our next connection :-)

The next step will be to ENVISION FREEDOM, PEACE and BOUNTY for ALL - and interestingly enough, on May 5th, the day / night of the Wesak Moon, the time when the BLESSINGS of BUDDHA are showered upon us, we are called to unite in the vision of the World Liberation Day - and I suppose that from that day on - which marks the MIDDLE of the nine days and thus can be compared to the TOP of a pyramid - five steps leading up - and the same amount down on the other side - we will experience more of the positive outpourings of LIGHT, that is visions of our FUTURE in BROTHERHOOD and LOVE - while NOW we are still in the climbing process - the process of LETTING GO old wounds and thought patterns, habits and traumas so they can be transmuted back into unqualified LIGHT!
