Expect Wonderful...a place for exploration, validation, connection, questioning... and most of all, inspiration toward happiness.So... you're on the path of conscious evolution, tuning into and living from your soul purpose and transforming your life to align with all this...I'm so happy to meet you! Here you will find messages and conversations from one delighted being as I explore living with depth, meaning and understanding--and talk with others (physical and non-physical) about this whole experience. There are also books and events to support you on your path and personalized services for those moments when a live guide or expanded perspective might be useful.
I am an enthusiastic aspect of the universe, an active awake participant in the evolution of consciousness and culture. I experience myself as boundless and know you are too. I live my life as a translator of experience--an artist, writer, spiritual teacher and guide, channel, editor and musician. I'm also a vegetarian-foodie, tree-hugging-dirt-loving outdoorsy person and yoga practitioner who loves my pets as much as people and feels one with everything that is.
I believe that the universal truths about energy and the interconnectedness of all life are emerging into the mainstream with increasing speed. I believe we're living in an unprecedented time and on an ascending energy arc which is shifting us into more expansive consciousness and removing the illusion of duality. The multi-dimensional nature of our experience is becoming conscious and the norm for many of us. I notice a trend of people living from their inner guidance in a heart-felt way. I am curious about how our lifestyles and culture will evolve to align with this emergent experience.
Expect Wonderful exists for conversations at this new frontier, to share our experiences and to amplify our discoveries. My focus is to share what I experience as I explore this new life and new ways of being. As we begin to remember who we really are, we let go of all that does not fit in this higher vibrating space in which we now find ourselves, we will create anew our lifestyle and culture. Our multi-dimensional nature will become the norm and we will adjust our ways of focusing, living, and creating with the true nature of reality as we now experience it.
Toward this end, I channel, teach, write about my own experiences and frequently engage with a variety of spiritual adventurers. I read, talk, learn and digest all kinds of trends and themes in our world and offer my perspective on leading edge thoughts and practices. I host events and create spaces for contemplation, connection, dialogue, and the creation of shared visions. Many of these encounters, as well as my own writings are featured here in my blog as well as in books/e-books and other stuff. Together, we are inventing and modeling a new form of life! Expect Wonderful exists to share perspectives on how we are doing this and to co-create the structures, processes, rituals and lifestyle practices which bring our culture into alignment with these emergent experiences.
Expect Wonderful for me is a lifestyle experiment: a means of investigating and participating in the experience of feeling, as Dilgo Khentsye Rinpoche said, "pure and perfect and lacking nothing". I believe this is who I am. Who we all are. And I am putting it to the test--fully expecting wonderful outcomes, awe actually, and to know myself as a powerfully creative energy able to know, understand, create, connect, transform and experience all I turn my focus toward.
Welcome to life as a conscious, thriving, multi-dimensional spiritual being having a heart-centered, inspired experience in physical reality as an active creator and aware of the oneness of all life. Whew! Welcome to life on the ascending energy arc, on our new Mother Earth, as we ground, create foundations and in truth: create the new reality--the New World!

How are you, lately, relative to life and being here now? Are you fully all in? Juiced up and letting it roar through you having the time of your life? Are you stepped back, hesitating, unsure and worn out? Wherever you are and whatever you're feeling go all in. Be entirely in a state of rest. Give fully to not knowing. Run forward with joy. Why not approach all your interactions today assuming the highest, best connection will arise naturally. You might allow yourself to be guided from within, to move a little slower so you can listen and feel your way. It might be quite wonderful to let life open up and be more magical in this way. Try it and see.

The more you invite your Higher Self and your Soul to extend into your human presence, the more you begin to look at your life from these larger perspectives. Clarity and insight are hallmarks of this ascension, as are doors opening, feeling you're in the flow and noticing your efforts are amplified and supported.

During meditation for the past few months sometimes i get these images of eyes looking at me..Grey type eyes..actually the whole head of a gray looking back..
And last night, had this crazy dream..I was on the floor of a VERY WHITE corridor.. with doors..ceiling was white..floor was white..all was white..
Next thing, i see is this man..he wore at coat similar to those that the doctors use..white coat..he had the hair of Einstein..all spiky fluffy…

Just thought of a dream i had in mid-December (forgot to add this to my 1st blog) when i really started to meditate on Gaia's ascension..and the rest of humanity..and to try to better myself in the process..
During meditation I'd try to contact some friends in the UK..I'm in Canada..We'd all meditate at the same time..different local times of course..
I'd use solara an ra meditation youtube videos to help me.
I usually go to bed early..around 9:30..now if i remember…
