What Does Joy Feel Like To You ? By Christen Hoffman & Bhavani Lev

What Does Joy Feel Like To You ? By Christen Hoffman & Bhavani Lev

Let’s be curious, like a little child.

What does joy really feel like?

For some of us, it’s easy to feel joy,
and for some, it’s not.

For some of us, it’s easier to feel
gratitude, appreciation, happiness,

love, and peace,
but not specifically to feel joy.

For others, joy is easily accessible,
but not love or peace, and so on.

What is the difference between

all of these important, powerful,

high-frequency feelings?

We know when we feel each one,
we can feel the difference.

Let’s explore and investigate

a little more together.

Take a few deep breaths,
relaxing and letting go

as you exhale.

Feel your body
and settle into

the present moment.

Bring to mind

something you are grateful for
and feel the feeling

of gratitude.

Notice what gratitude

feels like to you.

Bring to mind something

that you appreciate and feel

the feeling of appreciation.

Notice what appreciation feels like.

Bring to mind something

that makes you feel happy,

or makes you laugh,
and feel the feeling

of happiness.

And notice what happiness

feels like to you
right now.

Bring to mind someone you love
and feel the feeling of love.

Feel deeply into

the presence of love

within you.

Now bring to mind something

that makes you feel joyful.
Feel within you

for joy.

Notice what joy feels like.
Just joy.

Joy often slips in among

many other feelings.

And of course, it’s wonderful to feel
all of these together.

Keep being curious

about all that you can feel.
It’s a grand adventure.

Because as we become more familiar
with the unique vibration of each feeling,
we enhance and elevate our entire

experience of being alive.

Miraculous things happen within us,
and we cultivate greater awareness
of ourselves as eternal beings

of infinite love.

You are an eternal being of infinite love.

And you deserve to feel overflowing,

limitless joy.

Open and allow yourself to discover

for yourself
what a divine and exquisite journey

it is to feel
into the vibrations of pure joy

within you.

And discover what happens

when you choose to feel
joy and gratitude,
appreciation and

happiness,
peace and love,

all together.

Wishing you much joy and happiness

today and always,
no matter what else is going on

within you or around you.

Much Love!

Instinct CRYSTAL GRIDS

Help us to anchor the energy of the New Age on Earth. Get inspired and set up a grid with the intention to help HEAL Mother Earth and all Her Beings from the wounds of the past and WEAVE a new net of living LIGHT all around the planet to help all life forms evolve into Unity Consciousness.

Ascension is not about leaving the world - it is about bringing HEAVEN down to EARTH!

We are the living BRIDGE between the worlds and dimensions, between HEAVEN AND EARTH. We are free to move in TIME and SPACE when we enter the SACRED SPACE of the Divine Chamber of the HEART where the ThreeFold Flame resides and the god given Divine Blueprint is waiting to be downloaded into our earth bodies.

The TIME to ACTIVATE our Light Body is NOW.

Love Light BLESSINGS,

Sonja Myriel RAouine

"About the Use of the Violet Flame"

Excerpt:

I have to tell you that when you as a conscious disciple manage the Violet Flame, a parallel activity of the Violet Flame is initiated internally. This results in the vibrational awakening of your chakras. Therefore, each time when you use the gift of the Violet Flame you are asked not only to focalize your attention on what you want to transmute but also on the internal activity which takes place within yourself.

One of the consequences of the continual use of the Violet Flame is the accelerated awakening of all your chakras, you will, step by step, wake up in a different world from where you live now.
