I’ve just returned from time spent on beautiful land in Washington, gathered in prayer and community with some truly remarkable humans. My heart is full, and I’m feeling deeply grateful—for this work, for these practices, and for each of you who continue to show up for the healing, the release, and the expansion that becomes possible when we breathe together.

If you’ve been needing a reset, a release, or simply a space to reconnect, I’d love for you to join us this Sunday as we continue the shared work of softening, clearing, awakening, and returning to the heart.

This Heart Space Breathwork session is a guided journey designed to help you release stress, reconnect with your center, and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit.

Through conscious, connected breathing, we move out of the noise of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart — softening tension, opening to presence, and remembering our innate calm and clarity.
