Loving Yourself - A Radical Transformation ?

 

We’ve all journeyed for a long time!

 

Let’s slow down and take a few deep breaths.

 

Breathe into your heart space,

and as you breathe out,

let go, and relax.

Remain aware of the rhythm of your breath

and shift to a higher perspective where you can reflect

on how much you have truly evolved already.

 

You can really relax now. It’s ok.

It’s more than ok,

it’s essential.

 

You can discover and remember so much more

of yourself when you are relaxed

and at peace.

Feel into your inner peace.

Let the gentle vibrations of peace

permeate your body and your whole being.

 

Part of this radical transformation

is allowing ourselves to pause

and relax.

 

We need to pause the momentum of our doing,

our striving, and our planning, and let ourselves step back,

breathe, and remember who we really are.

 

Feel your body.

Breathe into your heart space

and relax into a quiet, peaceful,

open state of being.

 

Feel how much you care.

 

Feel how much you care about someone you love,

or several someones, or about Mother Nature.

 

Feel how much you care about yourself;

and feel the vibration of caring

in your heart.

 

Be curious about what’s happening

in your heart.

 

This caring you feel is an aspect of love.

 

Feel how caring comes from love.

 

Feel this love flowing through your heart.

 

Feel the love flowing

through your heart and into your body.

 

Feel yourself breathing in pure love

and feel the love flow into your whole being.

 

Feel yourself being loved.

 

This love flows unceasingly

from an infinite source.

It infuses your whole being, loving you

just as you are.

 

Loving yourself.

 

Loving yourself unconditionally.

 

If you notice any impediments, just let them be there.

If you notice any resistance, just let it be there too,

offering compassion to yourself.

Feel the relief of letting go.

 

Feel into your caring heart

and love yourself.

 

Bring in kindness, compassion, and forgiveness.

Love yourself with gentleness

and great joy!

 

No matter how much pain and suffering you have ever felt,

or even may be feeling now as well,

love yourself unconditionally.

 

Be willing to keep feeling.

That is the most radical transformation there is.

 

Love yourself.

You are an eternal being of infinite love.

And no matter how far away from Source

you have ever believed yourself to be,

nothing can change the truth

of who you are.

Keep being curious about what you feel

as you allow yourself to love yourself

with unconditional love.

 

You can repurpose your striving and your planning

to be aware of every moment when you feel and remember

this truth:

that you are an eternal being

of pure, infinite love and effervescent,

radiant light.

Every breath is an opportunity to pause,

breathe into your heart space,

and relax.

So you can remind yourself

that you are a being of love and light

over and over again.

And love yourself.

Beloved ones, We greet you from the field of Arcturus, from a realm where trust flows as naturally as breath, and where life is experienced as a living intelligence rather than a personal struggle.

You have learned to understand trust as something personal. Trust in yourself. Trust in your decisions. Trust in your strength. Trust in your worth.

 

This form of trust still carries tension, effort, control, and responsibility.

 

It keeps the weight of existence on your shoulders. It teaches you to hold reality together through identity, willpower, and vigilance.

 

You even refer to your ability to trust as "self-esteem". But that is not the real trust.

We invite you into a softer, deeper, and wider form of trust.
Trust in life itself.

Trust in the intelligence that animates galaxies, oceans, cells, forests, stars, seasons, and souls.

Trust in the consciousness that breathes worlds into form and arranges them into harmony.

Trust in the great field of order that holds all things in coherence.

Life is intelligent. Life is aware. Life is responsive.

 

Life is organizing itself constantly through laws of balance, resonance, timing, and alignment.

 

You live inside a vast orchestration that moves with precision and care.

When you place trust only in yourself, you feel alone. You depend on your identity, which is limited.

When you place trust in life, you feel carried.
True trust is surrender into belonging.

True trust is remembering that you exist inside an intelligence that already knows how to guide rivers to oceans, seeds to forests, and souls to awakening.

True divine trust is allowing yourself to be part of something greater than personal control.

Surrender does not mean passivity. Surrender is cooperation with a higher order.

Surrender is alignment with the flow of intelligence. Surrender is participation in a living system of guidance.

Trust becomes natural when you recognize that the same intelligence that moves your breath also moves your path, your encounters, your timing, your opportunities, your protection, your healing, and your unfolding.

You are inside a field that knows you. You are inside a system that supports coherence. You are inside a living order that serves evolution.

We now offer these intentions as living frequencies for your field to affirm every day:

I release the program of control as safety.

I release the program of vigilance as protection.

I release the program of struggle as survival.

I release the program of isolation as identity.

I activate trust in the intelligence of life.

I activate surrender into universal order.
