When the time is shifting and reality seems to disappear

 

We all know this daydreaming, when time seems to stand still and reality is shifting. Now this is a different process when you are getting near to the point of surrender and letting it all go in order to make the next transition, leaving this material world and physical body.

 

When the time is getting near you feel the body is almost at the end of the rope so to speak due to illness and the energy is getting less by the day. The body is no longer able to support the necessary energy in order to bring in life and growth, as well the assistance to digest.

 

Every organ has a specific task in order to connect the physical, emotional and mental aspects with the ethereal body as well. We all know what happens when we get a knot in our stomach emotionally and when our throat gets stuck with emotions. De digestive tasks by the colon as well the important task of the liver to make sure we are not polluting ourselves.

 

This is not just on the material level on this planet in our physical body. Our liver also is a gateway between our unconscious and conscious state of being. Messages are being brought into our awareness in order to help and assist in also the emotional toxic processes and the mental processes. We are who we believe we are, or being told who we are is something that gets in the way for a big part of our life, our own perception on ourselves.

 

When there is lack of communication or awareness of the inner process, it might want to become aware in the physical body to get your attention. It wants to let you know there is something out of balance, in some areas of your life, or one area, that depends most of the time what it is you need to become aware of in order to bring in balance and healing the emotional wounds that often are hidden beneath the layers.

 

All is energy and every level is connected with each other, we are more than just mind and body, we are mind, body, soul and spirit. And every part is working with the other parts, non-excluded. Love is the master glue in this matter, how smooth the changes and shifts will be.

 

In order to go to the next phase of becoming conscious, we always start to remember more and more of our intention why we came to earth. With what purpose and goal we had set in order to evolve through this earthly process and to learn how Love is always the Healer. More than that, we learn that we are all connected with Nature, the elements, humanity, the animal world and how this is important in our own exploration of possibilities.

 

If we pay attention we will learn the action-reaction patterns. Some will be helpful, others will be having an influence on your whole system that creates a dis-ease, or imbalance. It might present itself in an emotional expression, physical or mental.

 

When the body is getting ill, there are many ways to proceed in order to find healing and health, through cleansing the body from any stuck energy. There are many ways to go about, either releasing and letting go of negative emotions that are draining you. Or you can start with the nourishment of your body, taking in the healthy foods and vitamins.

 

Yet what works for some, will not work for others. There is not just one manual. So what to do when the physical is coming down with dis-ease that is life threatening. As many people there are, as many options you will find. It is all about you.

 

So when the body is nearing the end of the journey, the thinner the veil and the more the soul is slipping through in and out of this reality, we call earth. Tired and weary from fighting against an internal process that seems to be uncontrollable.

 

Sense of time is defined by clockwork, no longer by inner time sense. The dark and light of the day are mere indications of the normal routine to go to bed or get out of bed as long as mobility is in order. Every step of the way is also part of loss and is in order to be dealt with lovingly so this is not adding more stuck energy.

 

The more stuck energy is being released in the emotional and mental bodies, the more space is being created internally to make the transition easier. The attention shifts more inwards in this stage and everything that is being presented can be too much.

 

The energy is focused on the internal process of releasing and letting go where emotions are being pushed to be released. Relief of sorrow and anxiety, the resistance against the end of a lifetime, all is being triggered along the way. All that can be dealt with will create a greater sense of peace, because acceptance and surrender will be part of it

 

The focus is no longer on staying alive, for the reality is changing and the struggles are coming to an end. When the Love is being the focus in each step of this letting go, compassion will also present itself towards one self as well the loved ones.

 

For the way they are able to deal with the upcoming transition is important as well. Reality as we know it has already changed in a big way. The world as was being perceived has changed. There only is the concentration caused by the changes of the physical that forces the emotional and mental bodies to follow this lead.

 

Yet from time to time the true colors of spirit and personality will shine through brightly. In loving embrace the transition will be a smooth and easy one, for their will only be release of the illusion there will be a departure. Spirit and soul know the connection and bond will never be broken when Love is major player in the relationships. Every step of the way she will lead the ego to surrender to the heartfelt soul and the connection with source itself.

 

So it will be done.
