Yes, they are like batteries - we can re-charge ourselves by, lol!

I really mostly use my intuition. I have come to the conclusion that in this way we are able to create much more poswerfully than by using our mind too much, lol ;-)

I bet there are many who can give you more detailed answers - and I will open a group on the Mineral Kingdom, soon, where we can post imformation on the way in which certain crystals work - and how we can work together with them, using their energy best.

Just one thing: Clear quartz crystals, for example, ENHANCE energy - they can be male of female and sticks have an end to absorb energies and to pass on energy - like a laser beam. Always handle crystals like living beings - and they will let you know where they want to be placed :-)

Amethyst is like a store house of Violet Ray Energy - so I am wearing one, frequently :-) It connects my energy to Quan Yin and Lady Portia and Lady Amethyst - AA Zadkiel and all the other Beings of the Violet Ray. 

Rose quartz is the third stone which I work very much with - and it is for the HEART :-) It creates a save space where we can OPEN UP to the High Heart - and then expand the Threefold Flame savely :-)

And if you need protection - Turmaline is perfect ;-)
