Thank you SO much Sonja! That is Perfect for me. I wake about 5 every morning and that is my meditation time, though I commune with Spirit as often as possible throughout the rest of the day. Is there a set time frame for this? From 11:00 to?

I could use a little help figuring out the time difference. I live in Central, SC, and we are Eastern Daylight Savings Time. I couldn't figure out what is considered Middle Europen Time. Would really appreciate your help. Thank you so much. Anita

I was mostly away from online internet in june july...
was some time in avalon......  reconnecting with things of an ancient past ...
is still a mystery...

than coming home in belgium last week wednesday I learned that my beloved avalon
mountain of Phoenix  the Tor would be present within the Olympic Stadium...

so I joined with groups sharing meditations on this
it was a magnificent experience .....

alot of people connected with this at kerrie's site
of the federation of Light

I'm really happy to hear from you again .... to share some things...
I am in process of opening my heart more to the Light ...
