I'm sorry to hear that you mainly have to rely on your right side because of that stroke you had. Working with the Violet Flame daily helps us to transmute blockages bit by bit and maybe you will realize changes in your body as well. Observe how it is going to affect you, maybe writing down your experiences in a dairy could help you to actually see the changes in retrospective ;-)
