Tips for surfing the waves graciously ...

Loads of people talk about how these new frequencies can throw us about, dashing us on the shores of our emotional and physical well being. But we believe we've all moved on past that now and that we can surf these waves with grace, power and ease. Here are some great tips to help make that so ...

1. Every morning when you wake up or are just coming out of the shower, stop for 30 seconds and connect to Life. Breathe in the Life source energy (the stuff that makes the grass grow). Run it through your body and the home you live in to zing up the vibe.

2. Anytime you're feeling low, seek an ecstatic, exhilarating relationship with something you love and watch your energy soar!

3. Consider that your emotions might be a signal for bigger work. Instead of processing, clearing and generally considering yourself a bit of a mess for having these feelings instead use the energy of the emotion as the fuel for personal and planetary transformation. It works a charm. We know because we've been doing it for years now.

4. Be big, be bold, be daring. See everything in terms of a new you unfolding, a new Earth emerging and an amazing new us being realized. Then play your part in that bigger game with as much passion, joy and fun as you can muster.

5. Always, always, always orient to potential, no matter how problematic it might look. Everything always turns out perfect and the sooner you can see it that way, the easier and more gracious it is getting there. You're a co-creator of a new reality, so live it like you want it to be for us all now.

I love the idea that we can use the emotion of the moment to connect to the greater issue.
