THE ETERNAL NECTAR OF THE PINEAL GLAND. Take a moment to connect to your pineal gland in the center of your head. Allow the eternal nectar of the Pineal Gland to overflow, to expand, and to become more moist and juicy. Imagine your pineal gland is a chalice overflowing with this eternal nectar and saturating your entire body. As your pineal gland is overflowing you become more moist, more supple, more flexible, more receptive, and more relaxed. As this nectar is traveling and filling your whole body, focus on your adrenal glands and imagine that there is a wellspring of divine nectar saturating your adrenal glands. Feel this divine nectar feeding, nourishing, and refilling your adrenal glands.
All there is exists in each moment, in each memory, and in each particle of your being. There is an unlimited life-force energy that exists within you. Within this universal life-force energy everything exists. Good exists in every moment, every particle, and in every aspect of your life. It is a matter of choosing to find it, choosing to illuminate it, and allowing your awareness to gravitate towards it. Imagine there is a star like a disco ball in the center of the room you are in, and it contains a refraction, a ray of energy, the Solar Ray. Connect to your pineal gland and stimulate the memory to be able to see the good in any moment and the innate ability to gravitate toward the good. You are activating your innate sense and instinct to discover the good in each moment.
