I guess I just feel like rambling on a bit today.
Someone asked me for a picture of my view from the hot tub, so here it is (at my eye level). I had hoped to get one with nicer weather, but it has been overcast for about two weeks (or more). There was actually a break in the clouds briefly this morning, with some beautiful sunrise vistas, but now it is pouring and windy as a new storm front blows through.
Here's another shot showing more of the landscape.
I saw an incredible cloud ship this morning as I drove Valerie to school. I couldn't take a shot of it from the car as I was on a road with many turns, but it was your classic disk with dome top, was extremely large (many miles across), and had great symmetry. It also disappeared within about two minutes of me seeing it. On it's way out, the underside of the cloud raised up in a large divot, like the center of a red blood cell, and had some really nice sunrise shading. Sorry I don't have pics of it.
Certainly some big things have happened, like the US mid-term elections and the seemingly related, stalling of global economic/monetary reform, disclosure of truth, etc. While this is frustrating, I have to assume it is somehow for the best, and all part of some bigger plan. In the mean time, I am looking for work and have a homework assignment from a potential employer. It could easily take me a week to complete, and it's basically free consulting for them, just to get the chance of an interview... Kind of lame, but not uncommon in the game industry.
I had another visit from "darkness" last night before I fell asleep. There were many this time, and I called in the troops to dispel the negativity. I was using the Violet Flame on the whole house... I never felt in danger, or fearful, but I could feel the coldness and direct attempts at access/control. I hope these events are just the last desperate attempts at intimidation and infiltration and a reflection of desperation in general.
I enjoyed watching Valerie at her Aerial Acrobatics lesson yesterday. She is so good at it, and is getting stronger and more limber all the time. Her coach Emma Curtiss is awesome as well. I wish I could share the video I shot, but I don't think I should (there are many aspiring circus performers in the background). If she could combine this "Aerial Dance" with her beautiful singing ability, she could have a great shot at success in circus arts (Emma agrees). :)
I have recorded Valerie on several songs I've written and posted on Soundcloud. Here is one I wrote, inspired by Duo Madrona, a married couple that are also Aerialists and perform around the world. Valerie had the privilege and honor of performing with them at Teatro Zinzanni.

Enough about us for now I guess. On with my day... :)
