PHYSICAL OVERLAYS, DNA, AND LIGHT CODES. Everything at its base is made of the same thing; It's all made of light, You may think about everything in the universe being made of the elements of Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Ether or Akasha. You can think of your body in terms of the liquid in it being Water, the matter or the bones being Earth, the circulatory system being the electric impulses or Fire, your heart breath Air, and your blueprint, your Akashic field, being in this energy of Ether. Everything in the universe is made up of these elements, and if you break it down even more and you go deeper into it, at it's base it's only light. One way to look at this is in the DNA. You have four letter in the DNA - A, T, C, G - and these four letters make every single part of your body. It is the order in which they're configured and the order in which this library of consciousness is read that determines what becomes what. They will be a protein or a bone or some other element. At its base and on a physiological level within your body and the DNA, it is made up of these four elements, four letters, and four energies.
When there is any imbalance in the system, it is as if these letters are being read from a place that is out of order, out of alignment, or not optimally functioning. You may have a sense of an inner librarian rereading all the codes and activating the light codes within you so that all of your physiology is being read from its optimal place.
