PHYSICAL BODY IN BALANCE:- There is a state of consciousness known as the Tao where one is in a state of balanced! To remain in this balance, which might also be termed being centered, one has to constantly make infinite numbers of minor adjustments in all aspects of oneself and one’s bodies! We constantly have to adjust our thinking and have to guide it away from negative ego thoughts and back to Divine thoughts. We constantly have to make adjustments in our thinking and feeling toprevent our Emotional Body from veering into negative ego feeling and emotions. We constantly have to make adjustment in our Physical Body in terms of our oosture, movement, body language, sleep habits, breathing and diet, to keep our Physical Body in Balance.
