How can you perform your Spiritual mission and walk the Earth as a fully integrated Mighty I Am Presence and integrated Ascended Master if you don’t fully honor, respect, and take care of your Physical Body? Part of the lesson of the Four-Body System is to get all the bodies working for the same purpose, which is to grow Spiritually and to realize GOD.
