The Bridge ~ Step 50 ~ Timing
Whatever needs to be known will be revealed in the
exact moment you need to know it
How often do we stress ourselves out because we think we know how long something is going to take, and then it takes longer than we expected? We see this all the time and yet we do ourselves a tremendous disservice by setting time related goals. For, from the moment we go past the time parameter we have set for ourselves, we tend to take on unnecessary emotional charge. For some, this charge acts as a small nuisance, but for others they see themselves as "running behind" or "having to play catch up all the time." What they aren't realizing is that they never would have built up any emotional charge in the first place if they hadn't set any predetermined time limits for themselves.
The truth of the matter is that we never really know how long something is going to take. We can guess, but in guessing we run the risk of needlessly upsetting our inner balance. If we would remember this, we'd save ourselves a whole lot of self-imposed stress.
The next time you make an intention--it doesn't matter what it is--resolve, at the same time, that you're willing to wait as long as it takes for it to manifest. Do this for a few of your intentions, then step back into a state of divine nonchalance, knowing that whatever you're intending is coming to you in its perfect timing. Now you're free to experience patience, and one of the first things you'll discover is that stress is not as much a part of your life as it once was. It's gone by the wayside because peace of mind has stepped in and taken its place.

My Intention for today is:
I Intend that I remember that everything is happening in its perfect timing.
