Mirror : Mirror ?

When you look into the mirror, what do you see? Are you critical of
yourself? Would you be considered a bully? Healing BEgins with THOUGHT.
Try thinking really nice things about yourself. You will "SEE / Feel"
how your body responds to love.

The picture is actually my reflection in a mirror.

Last night as I spoke to a female friend I realized once again, that we are prisoners to the "crap" that we
believe about our self. IT's time to look beyond the distorted mirrors
and into the beauty that lies withIN.

By loving ourselves, we love the GOD within.

Having said that i am one of the worst for picking out the parts i don,t like.
