MEDITATING WITH NATURE:- “Meditating with Nature” allows you to experience, commune, and merge with nature. Doing “Creative Visualization Meditation,” the visualizations will imprint and impress themselves upon your subconscious mind like a video camera, and if meditated upon on a continual basis, will outpicture those images into your outer reality. “Self Hypnosis Meditation” can be used for the purpose of God attunement or self-programming. (Self-hypnosis, hypnosis and meditation are all currently similar; they are all states of consciousness, the only difference being the purpose which you are using them for) And “Meditation in Silence,” in the silent sanctuary of your own heart where the Presence of God resides, and you completely quiet your mind, feelings, Physical Body and outside concern, will bring you peace that passeth understanding! It is “Integrated Meditation” in the sense of working with your three Minds, and integrated in the sense of using those different types of meditation as outlined in these page that will help you become a more well rounded and integrated God being. In truth, every moment od life is a meditation. Every moment of life is going to church! Every moment of life you are on your Spiritual Path and you are either causing and creating Godliness or you are not. Use everything in life to practice meditation and Godliness!
