INTEGRATED SPIRITUAL GROWTH 2:- Building Light Quotient is easy, it is just a matter of calling it in from the Celestial realms. Physically feeding the Physical Body is easy, and the Physical Body will grow even when we abuse it and feed it junk food. The real nuts and bolts of the Spiritual Path is the Psychological level. It again is the foundation of your spiritual house. If you do not address this level properly it will totally corrupt the Spiritual work you have done and it will make the Physical Body ill over time. Now, the third and final level of Spiritual growth now deals with the Physical/Earthly Level. Again , the Physical Body will grow Physically into adulthood no matter how evolved or unevolved one is Spiritually, Psychologically or Physically. What a lot of Lightworkers do not realize is that there is an evolutionary process for the Physical Body as well. One aspect of this having a healthy Physical Body, eating a good diet, setting Physical exercise, fresh air, and sunshine, drinking lots of pure water, getting enough sleep, and so on. Besides the health of one’s Physical Body there is also the issue of bringing Light quotient, Love Quotient, and Power Quotient, into the Physical vehicle itself. Ascension is decension, in truth. For the ideal is to fully ground one’s Mighty I Am Presence and Light/Love/Power. Bodies fully into the Four-Body system, which GOD in our Physical Bodies on Earth. We are meant to Physically ground all the Higher Bodies into the Four-Body System, to anchor all our higher chakras into the Physical Body.
