INTEGRATED MEDITATION

INTEGRATED MEDITATION:- Just as prayer is talking to God, meditation is listening to God. Very often Lightworkers are better at talking than meditating. The reason for this is that the lack of proper Psychological training has caused most people to be run by the mind. The negative ego causes the mind to be overactive. In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna ininstructs Arjuna, "It is true that the mind is restless and difficult to control. But it can be conquered, Arjuna, through regular practice and detachment. Those who lack self-control will find it difficult to progress in meditation; but those who are self-controlled, striving earnestly through the right means, will attain the goal!" The combination of lack of mastery over the mind and feelings, and the negative ego's control over the mind makes it hard to sit still. The key to appreciating meditation and having effective meditations is to have meditation first in the right perspective and second to use effective meditation first in the right pewrspective and second to use effective meditations. There are more active and more quiet types of meditation. There are hundreds of forms of meditation, each with a different purpose and use. To become an “Integrated Spiritual Master” and to Realize God in a full spectrum prism manner, which is to see and experience God through many lenses not just one, it is good to practice many different forms of meditation.
