Hmmmmm wow and I don't know what it means but okay

Ok. Last night I did the Lion's Gate thing and asked to be in Shamballa
and if any teachings or ideas were given for me to remember them this
morning... I snuggled down and well I got an image automatically of this
place. I can best describe it as like a council/ spiritual hall. It
had high oval stained glass areas in blues and yellows, metal
construction and glass? walls. The ceiling was at least 30-50ft high
and it was beautiful. I could see outside and the landscape and the
dark sky was not Earthly at all. It had a feel of being a very hallowed
place.
Then I don't know what happened. But it was like I was placed somewhere
and was mentally told to ask a question and it would be answered. I
asked if there was someway I could assist this or be a messenger and all
I got back was that I would be a channel for Kryon... Ummm who is
Kryon?

I woke up shortly afterwards at 4am and I still was thinking Kryon. I
haven't stopped thinking Kryon. So any thoughts to what happened? This
wasn't astral traveling either or sleep paralysis...This was something
I've felt before but only in meditation.

I couldn't sleep too. The energy is very strong, but at the same time soft to absorb them. I was in some place like a school, but I can't remember nothing else, just that when I opened my eyes, my bedroom was full of energy that I can see it and feel it. Was something wonderful, just think about it I keep feel that sensation. The rest of my day was so smooth, lol, if I can describe it like that. Just one thing that I remember that in the flow of that energy I heard was to wear cristal, something like diamonds, not quarts, cristal. I believe is the color of this energy. I wear it and I will keep.

I don't know if this is related but last night was the first time ever that I have gone into a super deep meditation...to the point it felt like I wasn't there, but was there. It got really interesting when i started to feel like I was turning end on end with out doing anything. I forgot to mention in my post earlier that Saturday night when I asked for Shamballa, i started noticing the exorbitant amount off energy in my room and house, also 5 figures about 8 ft tall(as high as my ceilings) just stood there. I couldn't make too much detail out but could see faint outlines of them. They showed up again last night. One of them I recognized as being around before and "he" always shows when I ask for AA Michael to help cleanse my home or protect my friends and family. The others well i don't know them.
