And it serves you to reach out beyond, while still remaining in, your physical body. So you are then extending from the inside out. Now, as you continue to reach out from your energy field into the area around your energy, you can connect with the higher frequency energies that are bombarding our planet. And in so doing you begin to harmonize with them. These energies are what you want to harmonize with, not the thought forms that have been floating around our planet Earth for eons of your time. You want to connect with these higher frequency energies so that they can attune you to that higher frequency range that is available to you now because of where you are in your shift.
