Earth day and the changes continue to increase

Saturday, April 20 2013 Nanc and I went to Mt Shasta to pick up a Champion Juicer and found ourselves in a Earth Day celebration at the park and laying in the grass and just being in the present moment. The sun was almost directly overhead and there was such intense waves of loving warmth as we laid there in the grass. This was a very different experience for both of us.

Friday evening and saturday there was a major change in my vibrational frequency and energy and this can be mostly attributed to my interaction in heart centered correspondence with admin's at Federation of Light, LightGrid and Galactic Free Press. The only thing I can figure is that I really really released the ego. In fact, yesterday I performed a parting ceremony in gratitude to its former service then release to Source.

Earlier this evening I was getting weird pressure and itching sensations between my brows.
I am learning to let go and not be self directed so much.
