 CROSSING YOUR LEGS. One 0f the worst things you can do to your energy body is to cross your legs. If you take a pendulum or dowsing rod and check your chakras and energy flow when your legs are crossed, you will find that they completely shut down. Make it a spiritual practice any time you find yourself crossing your legs, immediatately uncross them. It is okay to have them touching. This is a very different habit to break; women in particular are socially trained to cross their legs, which is very symbolic. Keeping your legs uncrossed willl allow energy to flow through your foot chakras and grounding cord and through all your chakras unimpeded, from both Heaven and Earth. It will keep your vitality up and ensure that your four-body system is being fed the energy it needs. It is also important when you sleep and it applies to the arms as well. Illness stem from a blockage in the flow of energy. Health and vitality occur when there is an unimpeded flow of energy this small but important insight can help greatly to maintain the flow. At lectures or classes, people often get tired because of the prolonged practice of avoiding leg-crossing, especially when they are unused to it, but in the long run they will feel much better and the energy flow through their bodies as well as through the entire group will be greatly improved.
