Communication with your self

To be brutally honest with one self
takes courage and boldness,
for it is far more easier
to put the blame on exterior situations.
Not victimizing oneself,
but standing tall and head held high
to look the truth in the face.
For as long as you cannot do this
you will not be able to look at your self
every time you meet in the mirror and
the entire negative will haunt you,
all the memories will stir up
distorting the surface of your reflection.
Only love to one self
enables you to step up to the plate
and not just by asking for forgiveness.
Indeed that is a major part of this process
yet also be able to see this experience
as part of a bigger healing process.
To heal any old wounds and patterns
that has led you to this moment in time.
Once you can say thank you for creating
exactly the experience you need
although this might have been
involuntary, unwillingly and even unaware,
you are the one that sets things in motion.
Your Soul always knows exactly
what it is you need at any specific time.
Then you cannot only acknowledge this and
thank your own inner wisdom.
You can also say I am sorry and I am taking
full responsibility again by thanking,
forgiving and at the end you can feel
this deeper sense of loving,
which will create more space
then you ever could have imagined.
You will be able to see with more clarity
then before the reason behind the experiences.
For they all have one common ground:
to restore the true loving You
in all its glory and taking you by the hand
to bring you Home, again, in the highest possible
connection with your Soul and to Be-come
this Heartfelt, Compassionate, Unconditional Sacred Heart,
which you always have been,
which is the drive, the passion
behind every situation that needs healing.
For you to see You,
To Re-member Who You Are.
More than just this Human Being,
the Multidimensional Being
You are in your deepest inner core
in communication with your Self.

And so it will be.

Oh Rhea, the topic you are treating here is one of the most essential ones I know for awakening humanity now and as long as we are living in a world which is less than perfect!

In order to free our SELVES from the the bondage of guilt, most often hidden behind words of accusation of another, we need to LOVE our SELF so much, that we can admit our faults and errors, FORGIVE them and START ANEW! I have made this experience over and over again - in small and big things - and the feeling when you have found the courage to admit to yourSELF that your ego led you astray and that NOW you are are ready for NEW experiences by LETTING GO completely from the old, conflict creating attitude and resulting behavior is so freeing and elevating, that every time you PRACTICE it, it becomes easier and easier to DO it in whatever situation you might bring yourSELF. Finally, we realize that THIS is the reason for why we create uncomfortable, shaming situations at all: to be able to perceive the underlying pattern and RELEASE it for the better!

Every situation we find ourselves in has a MEANING which goes far beyond the personal ...

The art of LOVE EMANATION ... - excerpt from Natalie Glasson's latest channeling:

The key to emanating love is to first connect with this sacred space within you, and to experience it fully as a sanctuary, and also as a space of rejuvenation, healing and creativity. It is from this space that your power and clarity are born from as well as your inner knowingness.

The second key is to be conscious and aware of the presence of love and this sacred space within you as a flow of energy that moves naturally, easily and enjoyably through your body and energy field. You may experience this as feelings of joy, relaxation, positivity, bliss or as sensations in your physical body, or you may simply feel like smiling.

However, you experience the presence and space of love, it will be an enjoyable state that may create healing, bring clarity and new understandings.
